Everything they do from green QC through to sample roasting, cupping, profiling, re-roasting, sorting, dialing in and bagging is done to make the coffee the best it can be, no corners are cut. The aim throughout these trials is to preserve each coffees unique, inherent qualities. No coffee is alike and each deserves a particular approach to showcase its journey to you.
